Return / Refund Policy

For any item(s) you wish to return, please email Best Universal Natural Vitamins at customerservice@bestuniversalnaturalvitamins.com  within 30 days of the purchase date and obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

A Return Authorization number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. RA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

After 30 days, no returns are accepted. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All unopened returns must be received in perfect resalable condition in order to receive credit.
